Jesica wants the Chamber of Commerce to be inclusive of all three communities: Kemmerer, Diamondville, and Opal.

If local businesses can work together to advocate for local commerce, bring in programs that encourage local shopping, and help educate business owners, we can continue to grow commerce and businesses in our community. It is vital to have industry and small business for a strong economy and a continued sense of community. Jesica’s goal as the chairman of the Fossil Basin Chamber of Commerce is to help businesses work together to reach goals, improve beautification of downtown districts, and encourage new business growth. Catherine Grandy

Downtown District

Catherine Grandy and her husband moved to Kemmerer over a decade ago and have loved to call it home. They are owners of Diamond G Dental and Grandy Photography.

Kemmerer has been a safe haven to Catherine, filled with warm, friendly families. She had enjoyed the easy access to fishing, hiking, and camping with a remarkable backdrop of Wyoming's natural beauty.

Catherine is dedicated to breathing new life into our beloved historic downtown areas, honoring Kemmerer’s rich history, and creating a dynamic, pedestrian-friendly center for residents and visitors alike. Her mission as part of the Fossil Basin Chamber of Commerce is to preserve unique local heritage while fostering business opportunities and to enhance pedestrian experience by creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere in the heart of downtown.

Kristen Crosland

Downtown District

Kristen Crosland was born and raised in Kemmerer. Her husband also spent most of his childhood here. She and her husband treasure being raised in such a free and safe community.

They were fortunate to be able to move back to Kemmerer to raise their own children here. Kristen loves the people, businesses, parks, and outdoor recreational areas in the Kemmerer/Diamondville area.
Kristen is excited to be part of polishing the gem that is historic downtown and preserving the history that makes Kemmerer special. Her goal as part of the Fossil Basin Chamber of Commerce is to create a welcoming downtown atmosphere to help the local residents and visitors feel connected to the heart of our community. She hopes to create a downtown that celebrates our past, supports our present, and looks forward to a bright future together.

Community Engagement

Deb Archibald has called Kemmerer home for almost thirty years. She teaches piano, accompanies the school choirs, and loves to volunteer around the community.

Deb’s goal as part of the Fossil Basin Chamber of Commerce is to plan and/or coordinate activities to support local businesses and foster goodwill in the community. She believes that living in a small community should be about feeling connected and responsible for each other. It is when we do things together that belonging to a community matters.

Jenee Rudy and her husband have enjoyed raising their family in the close-knit community they grew up in. She and her husband own J&A Wellness, a business dedicated to helping others achieve their health and lifestyle goals.

Jenee also works for Anderson Tax & Consulting and is passionate about supporting local businesses and fostering community growth.

Jenee is excited to serve as the Treasurer of the Fossil Basin Chamber of Commerce and contribute to the continued success of the area she proudly calls home.

Christian Ceballos has lived in Kemmerer for over 35 years. Christian loves the incredible people that call Kemmerer home. Christian and his family own Place on Pine right in the heart of downtown Kemmerer.

This is not the first business that they have operated, but cooking has always been their passion.

Linda Slovernick has lived in Kemmerer for 46 years. Linda and her husband have been married for 19 years. They have raised five children and have two grandchildren.

She is the manager of J.C. Penney where she has worked for 15 years. She loves camping, fishing, hunting, and going for rides up country with her husband and dogs.
